Please read these terms carefully before using this website. By using this website you indicate that you accept these Terms & Conditions of use and that you agree to abide by them. Terms of Business and Terms of Assignment

When MMedical introduces a candidate (‘’medical professional’’) through telephone, social media, postal mail or electronic mail for a temporary assignment or employment with our hiring clients the introductions shall be subject to our standard Terms of Business as applicable. We will provide all of our hiring clients with a copy of the standard Terms of Business applicable to them at the point of registration or following registration. These Terms & Conditions of Use are in addition to and not in substitution for our standard Terms of Business.

Use of the site

You may access most areas of the site for lawful purposes only and while in search for medical employment, recruiting staff or assistance with your medical career. You fully acknowledge and hereby accept that your use of the site is made under your sole and exclusive responsibility. When using the site you will not perform any acts that may damage our image, interests or rights concerning MMedical Employment Agency B.V. or other affiliates (read: MMedical Group Companies). Concerning the website specifically you will not damage, render useless, overload the website or
hinder, in any way, the normal use of the website by other visitors.

Information about our international vacancies will be made available to potential candidates and / or may be directly displayed on the site. We may gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to this site, which may include the information supplied by you, which will help us to understand our users as a group and thereby creating a better recruitment process. We may also share aggregate information with selected third parties, without disclosing individual names or identifying information. Please note that all Third Party recruitment agencies have agreed to our Terms and Conditions and should they be found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions, they will be prevented from using our services. 1. Services: This considers the recruitment and selection process for open vacancies with our clients.
2. We will use your data to answer your questions and give you a tailored advice regarding our services. Herefore we will use the following data:
   1. Data you deliver us, i.e. name, address, gender, CV.
   2. Data we gather during our contact moments, i.e. your wishes and expectations, other information we need to deliver our services tailored to your needs.
   3. Other details and documents you share with us, for example documents supporting your visa application and your medical licensing process.
3. MMedical has a marketing strategy that includes sharing suitable vacancies to candidates and suitable candidates to clients. We will only use the data as described in clause 2 for this purpose following your written permission (opt-in). Your earlier permission (opt in) can be withdrawn by sending an email to info@mmedical.nl with subject unsubscribe (opt-out).

With whom do we share your data

MMedical will potentially share your personal data with:

1. Clients: these can include hospitals, clinics, GP practices, etcetera.
2. Partners: other recruiters that have a cooperation agreement with MMedical.
3. Institutions distributing medical licenses (For example a Medical Council or Medical Board) during your registration process.
4. Immigration services (in support of your visa application process).

Data protection and retention of data

MMedical uses active data protection to prevent loss or improper use of your personal data. If you receive fraudulent texts, emails or phonecalls out of our name or if you find any data leaks on our website, please contact us on info@mmedical.nl. We strive for continuous improvement of the qualitfy of our organization.

MMedical does not store your data longer than required for the purposes you provided your data for unless we are legally obliged prolong storage.

The “Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming” provides no defined timeframe for removal of your personal data. MMedical can decide for which period they will hold your data. We have decided to store your personal data for until your case has been closed with both a potential employer and with yourself and if you do not want to receive information about further employment opportunities.

Our websites can contain links to third party websites, including but not limited to social media platforms. If you follow these links, you will be leaving our website and apps. This privacy statement is not valid on third party websites, apps or social media platforms. You can follow these links at your own risk.
